This recently-discovered webcomic is awesome for 4 reasons:  kind humor, sweet illustrations, clever writing, and Steve the Bear.

A friend sent me the link and said, “I thought this might appeal to your taste,” and he was very, very right. I read the entire archive over one weekend. If you go archive spelunking, make sure you read all the rollover comments by the web creator, Ben Driscoll.

(It’s very much a story-driven comic, so you need to know that Daisy and Cooper were space babies pre-adoption, which is why Steve the Bear and Mr. Owl are rescuing them from the moon. But don’t worry, the orphanage did not blow up. I hope this clears things up.)
